My eGift Didn't Arrive But I Was Charged

  • Did you receive an emailed purchase confirmation?
    • If yes, then please check spam and junk folders in your and/or your recipient's email.
      • You can forward your purchase confirmation to your recipient because it has the actual eGift Card number on it.
      • We can manually send a replacement eGift Card but you must provide the order details to us by email or phone.
    • If no, your order was most likely not processed and the transaction on your credit or debit card was only an authorization.
      • All authorizations should fall off of your credit or debit card within a few business days and any earmarked funds should be released at that time.  Contact your card provider with any questions.
      • Place your eGift Card order again.
