My Recipient’s Email Was Incorrect

If the eGift Card was sent to the wrong email address:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot change the recipient’s email once the eGift has been sent.

  • However, we can help! Please contact us with your order details:

    Phone: 843-724-3808 

We will:

  • Void the original eGift Card number
  • Email a replacement eGift Card to the you that you can gift how you like.
