    ✅ You did receive a purchase confirmation email:

    • Check your spam/junk folders (yours and your recipient’s).
    • You can forward the confirmation email to your recipient — it contains the actual eGift Card number.
    • Need help? We can send a replacement eGift Card to you that your can forward to your recipient. Just contact us with your order details via:
  • ❌ You did not receive a purchase confirmation:

    • Your order was likely not processed.
    • The charge on your card is probably just an authorization.
      • These usually disappear within a few business days.
      • Contact your card provider if you have questions.
    • Please place your eGift Card order again.
