How Do I Enter a New Check in the Hall Pass App?

Starting now, each check or receipt from our restaurants has its own Loyalty ID that links directly to your check, and only to your check. 

  

This Loyalty ID and the Restaurant Name are now the only two details needed to submit a check for points.


In the mobile app, upload a photo of your check/receipt by tapping on the hand.

Or, tap on the fields and manually enter the Loyalty ID then choose the Restaurant Name.


Select your photo source.

Make sure you can see the Restaurant Name and the Loyalty ID in your photo.  Then tap OK.


Your photo will be scanned.


The fields under your photo should populate with the Loyalty ID and Restaurant Name on your check.

If those fields are correct, tap the green Submit Transaction button.


A window will pop up with the results of your submission wihtin a matter of moments.  

Approved submissions will display in your history after a few moments.  

Declined submissions may be re-submitted, if you choose.
