Open the web portal here. Sign in with your email and password.
Click on "Add New Check" button on the home page, or click "Points & Rewards" in the top ribbon and choose "Add New Check" from the dropdown menu.
You'll type in the Loyalty ID and choose the Restaurant Name from the dropdown menu.
A window will pop up with the results of your submission within a matter of moments.
Approved submissions will display in your history after a few moments.
Declined submissions may be re-submitted, if you choose.
