Your Hall Pass points don’t convert automatically — you choose when to turn them into rewards!

How to Convert Points into Rewards

1. Open the Hall Pass app or log in to the web portal.
2. Select “Convert Points into Rewards.”
3. You’ll see:
   • Your points balance in the upper right corner.
   • The dollar value of your points in the center of the screen.

Conversion Details

• You must have at least 250 points (worth $25) to convert.
• You can convert any amount between $25 and your full available value.
• Use the preset buttons (e.g., $25, $50) or type in a custom amount.

Example:
If you have 1,786 points, that equals $178.
You can convert any amount between $25 and $178.

Tip:
If typing a custom amount, enter it as 178 or 178.00.
Be careful not to accidentally enter 17800!

Final Steps

• Confirm your conversion when prompted.
• Once complete:
  • Your points balance will decrease.
  • Your reward dollars will increase.

Redeeming Rewards in Our Restaurants

Before dining, make sure you’ve converted your points.
Then simply give your Hall Pass number to your server — they’ll apply your rewards like a gift card.
