I've Earned Points, How Do I Get Rewards?

Your points convert into rewards only when prompted by you. In the app or on the web portal, choose the function "Convert Points into Rewards". It will show you your current points balance in the upper right corner and the dollar value of that current points balance in the center of the screen. As long as you have at least 250 points with a dollar value of $25, you can convert any amount you like between $25 and your max dollar value shown. All converted reward dollars will be added to your existing rewards.

For instance if you currently have 1,786 points, the dollar value would be of $178. You can convert for any dollar amount you wish, between $25 and $178. Easy buttons in denominations of $25 are on the screen or you can type in any amount up to your max which is $178 in this example.

Let's enter the max available of 178 in "Enter other amount". You can enter just the dollars, as "178", or you can use the decimal and two zeros if you like, as "178.00". If you use the decimal, be careful of where it is placed on your entry so you don't accidentally request $17800 or something.

The system will confirm you're converting. Hit OKAY if yes.

This window will pop up when your conversion is completed. If you then go back to your home screen, you should see your points balance has been lowered by the points amount of the conversion and your reward dollar balance is higher by the dollar amount of the conversion.

When you're ready to redeem your rewards in our restaurants, make sure you've converted any eligible points to rewards first, then give your server your Hall Pass number. The server will apply your rewards to your check as a gift card redemption.
