My Check Is Older Than 7 Days — How Do I Enter It?
If your check is dated more than 7 days ago, the app or web portal will give you a "Check not found." error, and no points will be added.
What to Do Instead:
Please submit your check details using our online form.
We’ll manually review and add your points.
- You can submit multiple checks, one at a time.
- Be sure to include all required details for each check.
