Trouble Logging Into the App?
We’re sorry you’re experiencing login issues. Here’s how to fix it:
Step 1: Reinstall the App
- Delete/uninstall the app from your phone.
- Reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play.
- This clears any stored data from failed login attempts.
Step 2: Log In
- Use your email or phone number and password.
- If you were sent a temporary password, you must use that to log in.
- Once logged in, you can go to your profile and update your password.
Alternative: Use the Web Portal
- You can also log in via your web browser on a phone, desktop, or laptop.
- Use your email or phone number and the temporary password, if applicable.
Need to Submit an Older Receipt?
If you have a receipt that’s older than 7 days, submit the check details using our web form, and we’ll manually add your Hall Pass points.
