Points for Gift Cards when Purchased or Redeemed

Our policy is to issue points when gift cards are purchased and, so, not when they are redeemed.  

    FOR EXAMPLE: If your check's pre-tax, pre-tip subtotal is $203 and a $200 gift card is applied as payment, you will earn 

    3 points when this check is submitted to your Hall Pass account.

If you purchase a physical gift card(s) in one of our restaurants, you can submit your check/receipt to your Hall Pass account just like a dining check is submitted.

If you purchase a physical gift card(s) or egift(s) online, a standard check/receipt is not generated so please forward your purchase confirmation to us at guestservicessupport@hallmanagementgroup.com, along with your Hall Pass number, and we will manually add your points.

Gift cards purchased with Hall Pass rewards are not eligible for points.
