Please delete/uninstall the app from your phone and reinstall it. This will erase all stored data from any failed login attempts.
Log in with your email or phone number and password - if you were sent a temporary password while trying to log in, then you must use that as your password. Once you are logged in, you can then go to your profile and personalize your password again.
You can also always log in on our web portal through the web browser on your phone or desktop/laptop computer. You can use your email or phone number and the password - again, if you were sent a temporary password while trying to log in, then you must use that as your password.
If you have a receipt(s) that is older than 7 days that you need added, please submit the check details on our web form and we will manually add those points for you.
